FBC loves members of our military and their families!

Under the leadership of our Pastor to Military Families, Brian Strain, we seek to demonstrate in practical ways our support of our military families. Some things we do as a church are:

1. Sponsoring block party outreaches at 801 housing for military families;

2. Provide care for families of deployed personnel;

3. Send "care packages" to deployed members;

4. Allow families use of our church cabin in Glorieta, New Mexico, especially when a family has returned from a deployment.

The Foyer is the place in your home that serves as the welcome area for guests and new friends. It’s the first step, and it’s often your only chance to make your guests feel comfortable enough to return.

That’s exactly what our Sunday morning worship celebrations are like. They
are a place where you can make acquaintences with others. Whether it be our Traditional Worship Celebration at 9:00 AM or our Contemporary Worship Celebration at 11:00 AM, you will find a warm welcome when you come, because we not only want you to come back, but for you to come on in and make yourself at home at FBC. Join us this Sunday. Let's get acquainted.

The Living Room is a room in your home, with sofas, chairs, etc., used for social activities, entertaining guests, etc. When guests arrive and are welcomed into your home, you invite them into the living room. Everyone finds a comfortable place to sit, and the interaction begins. The living room is a place where people gather to develop friendships with each other.

At FBC, our Sunday morning Bible Fellowships are where you can connect with people like yourself. These gatherings offer genuine opportunity to begin friendships . . . just like the living room in your home. Come into the living room, have a seat and meet some new friends!

The Kitchen is where families gather to talk about their day, discuss their problems, and make meaningful decisions. And that’s the kind of environment we are striving for in our Growth Groups. These are small groups where people meet weekly for Bible study and prayer, and commit to accountability, friendship and support. They are the safe place to open your heart, share your life, and ask the tough questions. Growth Groups are where you can experience the church as family.

Most of our Growth Groups meet on Sunday evening, while others meet on other evenings during the week.
